COURSE SYLLABUS

Week 1 
The course begins by teaching the lifestyle aspects that require attention to create a solid foundation of strong health.
This includes aspects such as sleep, water quality, air quality and emotional healing. All of which are so important to establish a holistically healthy body that thrives with the addition of raw food.

Week 2
This week is all about fruit!
Here you learn where and how to shop as a raw vegan and how to store and check the ripeness of fruit, so you get the absolute best quality fruit and the highest nourishment available to you.
Plus this section even includes a copy of my Fruit Guide Ebook! Which contains loads of information on each common fruit, how to use it and so more!

Week 3
This week is about vegetables & other raw foods I include on this lifestyle.
During this section I go into detail about which vegetables are included in a raw food lifestyle and which are not.
The main vegetable raw vegans eat are leafy greens. So I go through these and explain how & why to include them in your lifestyle.

Week 4
Learn how to best combine raw fruits and vegetables for great digestion.
This section includes a printable diagram, and explanation into how food combining works and how you can benefit. 


The last 3 weeks of the course focus on how to put all this information together with food ideas to make weekly recipes.
Plus they include extra helpful tips, tricks and even help with how to do your food shopping.

Week 5 
Breakfasts & Smoothies
Ideas & recipes for making beautiful refreshing breakfasts and deliciously nourishing satisfying smoothies.
Watch me make smoothies during the video smoothie demonstration, and set yourself up for the day with a refreshing fruity breakfast!

Week 6 
Lunches & Budgeting
This week inspires you with delicious and filling lunchtime recipe ideas including pudding recipes and ideas for different fruit meals.
This section details how much to eat as well as how to make this lifestyle affordable long term. 

Week 7 
Dinners & Food Plan.
The final section of the course gives you a detailed explanation and breakdown of how to make amazingly nourishing and mineral rich dinner salads via both written PDF, recipes and a demonstrational video.
This section not only shows you exactly how to make a perfect raw vegan salad dressing/sauce everytime, but it also guides you through a weeks worth of food with an example food plan.
This plan has a corresponding shopping list to show you exactly what to buy and when.

Each week you receive a video, a pdf, a worksheet and sometimes extra documents such as an ebook or printable affirmation.

If you wish to do this course independently and in your own time it can be sent over in full via one email. or weekly over the 7 week duration.
